Worker pack: 3 letters for leaving a job

For someone leaving a job who wants everything in writing: the resignation, the work certificate and what they are owed.

How it works

1. You pay S/ 35 once (separately they would cost S/ 42: you save S/ 7).
2. You get a code worth 3 documents, for any of the letters below, valid for 180 days from payment.
3. You fill in each letter on its own page with the code already applied: you see the draft and download it without paying anything else.

The code is worth 3 documents in total, not one of each: if you need two letters of the same kind, you can use it twice on the same one.

Letters included

• Voluntary resignation letter On its own: S/ 15

  You resign with the notice the law requires, or ask to be excused from it.

• Work certificate request letter On its own: S/ 12

  The job has ended and the employer has not handed you your work certificate.

• Letter demanding payment of labor benefits On its own: S/ 15

  You are owed CTS, gratificación, vacation pay, overtime or profit-sharing.
