How it is built

The file is generated on every publish from the same fine tables the pages show, so it never says something different from them. When the UIT changes, the soles columns change with it.

How to cite it

Mis Derechos (misderechos.pe), "Fines in Peru", https://misderechos.pe/en/data/

If you reproduce a figure, also cite the norm and article in the base_legal column. Our summary does not replace the official text.

Statutory ranges, not the fine in a case Each row is the range the norm sets. The actual fine is graded by the authority case by case. This is legal information, not legal advice.
