misderechos.pe publishes general legal information about Peruvian law. It is not legal advice, creates no lawyer-client relationship, and does not replace consulting a licensed Peruvian lawyer or the competent authority. Every situation has facts of its own that this site does not know. We do not advise on the merits of your case and we do not represent you. The document assistant drafts a document from the facts you enter in a form; you review it and file it.

2. Reproduction of statutes

Official legislative, administrative and judicial texts are not protected by copyright under article 9(b) of Decreto Legislativo 822, subject to reproducing them faithfully and citing the source. This site reproduces fragments of norms faithfully and with citation. The commentary and explanations are the work of Gyason, the site's editor.

3. Accuracy and currency

Every page shows its verification date, its next review date and, where applicable, what remains unconfirmed. Laws change. Before acting on a page, check the date and open the linked official source.

4. Liability
