This is a SIMPLE POWER, limited to administración acts under Article 155 of the Civil Code — for example, collecting a package or document, or representing you for a one-off errand. It CANNOT be used to sell, mortgage, encumber property, or withdraw funds: those acts of disposition require a power of attorney by public deed before a notary (Article 156 of the Civil Code), which this site does not draft.
It must be an administración act: for example, collecting a package or document on your behalf, representing you at a school meeting, or a specific errand with an agency. It CANNOT include selling, mortgaging or encumbering property, or withdrawing funds from an account — that requires a power of attorney by public deed before a notary, which this site does not draft (Article 156 of the Civil Code).

What happens to what you type
