Tenant pack: 4 rental letters

For someone renting a home who wants the most common demands in writing, from move-in to move-out.

How it works

1. You pay S/ 45 once (separately they would cost S/ 54: you save S/ 9).
2. You get a code worth 4 documents, for any of the letters below, valid for 180 days from payment.
3. You fill in each letter on its own page with the code already applied: you see the draft and download it without paying anything else.

The code is worth 4 documents in total, not one of each: if you need two letters of the same kind, you can use it twice on the same one.

Letters included

• Letter demanding repairs from the landlord On its own: S/ 12

  Something in the property is broken and the landlord will not fix it.

• Move-out, key-handover and deposit-return letter On its own: S/ 12

  You are leaving: record the key handover and ask for the deposit back.

• Formal notarial payment demand letter On its own: S/ 15

  You are owed money (for example, a deposit that was never returned) and you demand it through a notary.

• Notarial demand letter — rental contract resolution On its own: S/ 15

  The other party is not honouring the contract and you give them a deadline before ending it.
