You decide, and this is how the money works

Today we have no partner lawyers and no paid arrangement with any lawyer: nobody pays us for your case. We read what you send and, if we find a lawyer who can help, we suggest them to you; you decide whether to talk to them, and you do not have to accept.

If there is ever an arrangement with lawyers, it will be a flat fee the lawyer pays to be listed here — never a percentage of your case and never a per-client payment — and this page will say so before it starts. That fee will never depend on your case or its outcome. What the lawyer charges for their own work, you agree directly with them.

If your situation is an emergency — violence, an immediate threat — call the Línea 100 (domestic/sexual violence hotline) or the National Police (105) now instead of filling out this form.

We keep your name, your contact details and what you write for 6 months; after that they are deleted automatically. Only the site's editor reads them, and we do not sell them. You can ask us to delete them sooner: privacy policy (Ley 29733).
